Three days before the world-wide launch of The “New” Lion King Movie, Imax hosted an Influencer Movie Premiere to promote the new film and generate Social Media buzz.

When Imax approached us to partner on this event, they said “We want WOW! and plenty of Instagrammable moments!!!”  So, we jumped into action with design ideas that turned their HQ outdoor courtyard into a lush “Out of Africa” oasis with plenty of green walls, rustic wood tables filled with exotic African florals and a dramatic bar featuring a soaring wall of candles and the signature “Hakuna Mata” cocktail. 

Guests dined on fabulous authentic East African tray-passed bites, mingled, blogged and set social media on fire with shots of the incredible dessert display showcasing exclusive “Simba” desserts.  The event was a magnificent success and Imax definitely had their Wow! event from beginning to end.
