LABOR DAY BARBECUE

Summertime and the living is easy … One of the greatest luxuries of life is to be able to enjoy the comfort and beauty you have created at your home with friends and family. What better way to do so than with a relaxing barbecue; and even better, one in which you don’t have to do all the work? The secret ingredient to making the best burgers ever is a little dash of LA Spice!
Minimum effort is the key to success from the menu to the décor. The nice thing about summer entertaining is how little effort it takes to create an environment. You already have Mother Nature — all that is needed are a few sunflowers, a big vintage glass jar of freshly made lemonade and an abundant array of summer’s bounty.
Backyard barbecues… because sometimes staying home is the best holiday

Is there anything better than the smell of a barbecue to set the summer vibe of chilling and grilling? If you have ever barbecued, you know it’s an art form. We bring our best barbecue chefs who are practiced at the art of smoky-flavor-to-juicy-meat ratio.
This Labor Day buffet boasts an Americana look with red, white and blue, and baskets filled with wildflowers as well as succulents. The setting is casual, with the burgers served with condiments on wood plank boards. Sides are served in simple white bowls. Even some of your own serving pieces can be mixed in to add your personal entertaining style. Really, anything goes when creating a look that instantly puts guests at ease. No standing on ceremony here. The only rule we have for barbecues is make sure you have some really big napkins!
Don’t forget the fruit and cheese! The beauty of summer fruit in all its glory can be displayed on a separate buffet for hors d’oeuvres. Or, mixed with some hearty vegetable dishes, can be a great way to make the vegetarians in your crowd happy. And note the eco-friendly plates on the left-hand side. These happen to be made from fallen leaves and are the only truly compostable disposable plate on the market. Very cool, and sure to make your party even hotter.
